We train our security officers in the receiving procedures and the performance of the system (such as SAP). This capacitates our officers to be familiar with the procedures and flag anomalies. All discrepancies are immediately brought to the attention of the supervisor or the site manager, who will then escalate the matter with the Receiving Manager and the Loss Prevention Manager in an investigation to establish the nature of the discrepancy and rule out or confirm any liability because of the discrepancy.

A discrepancy report is generated every week or month as required by the client and distributed to all concerned parties.
